Thank you for the tremendous job you and your team at Hartung Real Estate did selling my mother's house in Merritt Island.  I can't say enough about the customer service that your team provided.  We were always informed of recent sales in the area. That helped guide our pricing decisions. We received phone calls from either you or your staff on a frequent basis to discuss the current status of the market.  Hartung Real Estate used every tool at their disposal to make sure the house got as much visibility as possible and that a sale was made in a very challenging real estate environment.  The market shifted from what had been a seller's to a buyer's market shortly before we decided to sell.  It is because of your team's efforts that this 40 year old home sold for a fair price despite tremendous incentives being offered by builders of new homes.

When we put the house up for sale, it had several maintenance issues that we were not able to address before listing.  Our family had moved from the area leaving no-one to research and find contractors, get price quotes, and follow-up to make sure the work was done well prior to payment.  Your staff stepped in and was able to get all the required maintenance done, and done well.  I'm sure this had a direct impact on the house selling.

Again, thanks to you for help selling mom's house.  It has been a true pleasure working with you.  I would not hesitate to work with Hartung Real Estate again or to recommend you to anyone in the real estate market in the Brevard County/Central Florida area.
